Lease-to-Own Arrangement: Should we find a business and you decide to proceed, the typical arrangement involves leasing the business to you for a predetermined monthly payment over a set period, for example, $2,000 per month over 100 months for a business valued at $100,000.
Our profit is derived from the lease payments. It is in our mutual interest that the business performs well, but we cannot guarantee specific profitability or success.
